Yüksek Teknolojili Endüstrilerde Bilgi Dissalliklari: Izmir Örnegi

Abstract

Bu çalismada ilk önce bilgi türlerine dair farkli siniflandirmalara yer verilmekte sonra yüksek teknolojili endüstrilerde bilgi dissalliklari konusu ele alinmaktadir. Bu baglamda çalismanin birinci bölümünde bilgi dissalliklari, kaynaklarina ve etkili olduklari dönemlere göre tanimlanmakta ve yüksek teknolojili endüstrilere dair bazi temel bilgiler verilmektedir. Çalismanin amacinin açiklandigi bölümün ardindan çalismanin yöntemi bölümünde de bu alanda yapilmis ampirik çalismalarin açiklandigi bir literatür analizi ve ardindan da veri seti ve analiz metoduna yer verilmektedir. Çalismanin analiz bölümünde ise 1989 – 2008 zaman araliginda Izmir için yapilmis olan uygulama sonuçlarina yer verilmektedir. Son olarak çalismanin sonuç bölümünde, uygulanan analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular dogrultusunda Izmir ekonomisi için yapilan degerlendirmelere yer verilmektedir.
