Abstract

Contiene las políticas de desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología en los países del Caribe para obtener un mayor desarrollo de la investigación pura y aplicada; mayor unión entre las investigaciones y las elaboraciones de políticas; mejor relación entre enseñanza e investigación; creación de una mejor estructura horizontal donde un mayor número de científicos y tecnólogos puedan emplearse disminuyendo así la fuga de cerebros, y una real colaboración con los científicos e instituciones superiores tanto en el Caribe como con el resto de América Latina y otras partes del mundo.
