Abstract

Revisa la situacion pasada, presente y futura de las actividades de comercio en el Caribe, los problemas y actividades programadas por el CDCC para: a) promover el comercio intrarregional facilitando el flujo de mercancias en el Caribe y b) fomentar la racionalizacion y posible armonizacion de los procedimientos o tramites de comercio. Incluye en anexos, la agenda del Seminario sobre Tramites de Exportacion e Importacion; esbozo de una Guia sobre Procedimientos de Comercio Internacional; y documento borrador sobre facilitacion del comercio y del transporte.
