Acción para la igualdad de género y la sociedad del cuidado: propuesta normativa de estándares de cuidado para el desarrollo productivo en México

Abstract

La prosperidad compartida en México exige desmantelar la división sexual del trabajo y la injusta organización social de los cuidados, factores que constituyen un nudo estructural de la desigualdad de género. El éxito del Plan México y la transformación económica del país dependen de consolidar una política industrial feminista que eleve el cuidado al rango de infraestructura habilitadora. El propósito de este documento es actualizar la Norma de Parques Industriales (NMX-R-046-SCFI-2015) para diseñar ecosistemas de bienestar que integren Centros de Educación y Cuidado Infantil (CECI), lavanderías, comedores, lactarios, áreas de autocuidado y transporte seguro. Al territorializar esta red de servicios, las empresas socializan costos, mitigan el déficit de tiempo de las trabajadoras y detonan un triple dividendo: bienestar social, empleo formal y competitividad sistémica. Esta visión institucionaliza el cuidado como un pilar inamovible del desarrollo nacional, demostrando que cuidar también es producir.
