Abstract

Como parte de las actividades del Programa Conjunto “Apoyo al desarrollo de un Marco Nacional Integrado de Financiamiento de los ODS en Cuba” (CIFFRA, por sus siglas en inglés), se llevó a cabo una revisión integral de lecciones de política internacional en cuatro áreas clave del financiamiento del desarrollo: i) exportación promoción; ii) atracción y canalización de inversión extranjera directa (IED); iii) promoción de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación (CTI), y iv) gobernabilidad e inversión pública. Se elaboraron cinco informes y dos recopilaciones con 11 estudios de caso sobre políticas de promoción de exportaciones y atracción de IED por consultores internacionales. Este reporte integrado resume el resultado de los cinco informes y ofrece aprendizaje transversal y recomendaciones de políticas.
