Abstract

El objetivo de esta nota es contribuir a la identificación de estrategias para la reactivación económica, como respuesta a la crisis económica generada por la pandemia por COVID-19. Esta nota es parte de un ejercicio de colaboración técnica entre el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica (COMEX) y la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL). Esta nota busca responder a la siguiente pregunta: ¿cuáles sectores exportadores tienen alto potencial para crear empleo, directo e indirecto, y generar valor agregado nacional través de sus exportaciones?
