Asociaciones público-privadas como instrumento para fortalecer los objetivos del Proyecto Mesoamérica

Abstract

En un contexto mundial de desaceleración económica, los países mesoamericanos deben redoblar esfuerzos para promover el desarrollo económico y social. Esta labor requiere de la participación activa del Estado, del sector privado y de la sociedad civil, tanto de forma individual como a través de alianzas o asociaciones, para articular esfuerzos hacia un cambio estructural con igualdad y sostenibilidad. En este sentido, el objetivo de este documento es sentar las bases de discusión sobre las asociaciones público-privadas como herramientas que coadyuven al cumplimiento de los mandatos del Proyecto Mesoamérica para promover la integración y desarrollo de los países miembros.
