Abstract

Aporta elementos de juicio a la evaluación que los Ministros de las Comunidades Europeas solicitaron a la Comisión de las Comunidades Europeas en la Reunión de Cancilleres de San José VII para que, sobre la base de esa evaluación, propusiera medidas transitorias de carácter comercial o de otra índole tendientes a evitar escollos para los intercambios entre ambas regiones.
