Istmo Centroamericano: cobertura de los proyectos regionales en planificación, distribución y mantenimiento

Abstract

Analiza la solicitud que las empresas eléctricas del Istmo Centroamericano hicieron a la CEPAL, en su carácter de Secretaría del Grupo Regional de Interconexión Eléctrica (GRIE). Se intenta integrar los criterios y enfoques con que las empresas eléctricas desean se formulen los proyectos, de alta prioridad incluidos en la Fase II del DIEICA sobre los temas siguientes: a) planificación de sistemas eléctricos, b) procedimientos de mantenimiento de plantas generadoras y redes eléctricas, y c) planificación y operación de sistemas de distribución de energía eléctrica.
