Abstract

Realiza un análisis del clima general que prevalece en la región centroamericana con respecto a la reestructuración del mercado común; las manifestaciones de Honduras sobre su plena reincorporación al proceso de integración; el acuerdo del gobierno de El Salvador de modificar unilateralmente el arancel centroamericano de importación, y el acuerdo de los ministros responsables de la integración y del desarrollo de Centroamérica.
