Reconversión industrial en Centroamérica: diagnóstico de la industria de alimentos enlatados y preparados de frutas y legumbres

Abstract

Presenta un diagnóstico referente a la industria de alimentos enlatados y preparados de frutas y legumbres en los países de la región centroamericana; se efectuaron entrevistas a veintinueve empresas, que representan un 70 por ciento de esta industria en algunos de los países de la región y los productos que se elaboran con más frecuencia son la mayonesa, mostaza, vinagre, puré de tomate, mermeladas de frutas, carnes y pescados enlatados.
