Abstract

Presenta los rasgos más significativos del deterioro social que ha sufrido la mayoría de los países estudiados, y analiza la evolución del gasto social que varía dependiendo de los efectos de la inflación o de las devaluaciones cambiarias que ha tenido cada uno de estos países.
