Abstract

Analiza la situación económica centroamericana y la coyuntura política para la cooperación externa, y presenta propuestas de negociación para la reunión de Hamburgo (San José IV) en cuanto a la ayuda financiera; apoyo al comercio centroamericano con Europa; cooperación técnica para la formulación de proyectos; apoyo a refugiados; y seguridad alimentaria.
