El Salvador : evolución económica durante 2010 y perspectivas para 2011

Abstract

Después de la caída de 3,1% sufrida en 2009, en 2010 la economía salvadoreña tuvo una leve recuperación al crecer 1,4% . Este desempeño fue producto del repunte del sector exportador, que se benefició de la demanda externa de bienes manufacturados. Por su parte, la incidencia de la demanda interna fue limitada, debido a la lenta mejoría tanto del empleo como de las remesas, así como a los bajos niveles de otorgamiento de crédito al sector privado.
