Abstract

Este documento contiene las estadísticas de la industria petrolera de los países del Istmo Centroamericano, publicación anual elaborada por la Sede Subregional en México de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL). La información fue proporcionada por las instituciones responsables del subsector hidrocarburos en los países de la región, en el marco del proyecto de asistencia técnica sobre uso sustentable de hidrocarburos, que ejecuta la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), como parte del convenio con la República Federal de Alemania.(a través de la agencia de cooperación GTZ). El informe consta de 5 grupos de cuadros. El primer grupo corresponde al valor de las importaciones y precios. El segundo, a los balances de petróleo y derivados. El tercero, al consumo interno de derivados de petróleo. El cuarto, a la procedencia de las importaciones y la capacidad de almacenamiento. El quinto y último, a la estructura de los mercados. Se agradecerán los comentarios, observaciones y sugerencias a este trabajo, a fin de mejorar su calidad en las futuras publicaciones.
