Estadísticas mineras: producción y precios en América Latina y el Caribe

Abstract

Presenta informacion estadistica referida a 22 minerales metalicos y no metalicos producidos por 21 paises de la region y comprende: series de produccion de 1950 a 1985; series de precios de estos productos en los mercados internacionales, de 1960 a 1985; e indice de volumen de produccion minera elaborado por CEPAL. Antecede a los cuadros estadisticos, una descripcion de las variables incorporadas y sus respectivas fuentes ya sea para las series de produccion como para las de precios, y una breve descripcion de la metodologia empleada en la construccion del indice.
