Abstract

Incorpora la dimension de los servicios como una de las variables explicativas en el proceso integrador y define algunas pautas sobre como podria articularse una cooperacion en esa area que permitiera superar las inadecuaciones de los actuales esquemas de cooperacion regional y subregional al interior de America Latina y el Caribe.
