Reorientación del comercio de productos básicos hacia América Latina

Abstract

Plantea que el comercio de productos basicos en America Latina requiere de la aplicacion de politicas que modifiquen su excesivo caracter dependiente, reduzcan su alta vulnerabilidad y apunten en el caso de algunos bienes a la autosuficiencia. Para conseguirlo es necesario impulsar acciones de cooperacion entre los propios paises de la region, e implementar nuevas formas de comercio. En este marco una de las alternativas que surge como mas viable gira en torno a la expansion y el fortalecimiento del comercio intrarregional.
