Abstract

Describe los origenes y las caracteristicas de los fenomenos naturales que han causado los desastres, identifica y cuantifica los danos a los sectores productivos y sociales y a la infraestructura, y senala la dificil situacion economica de Bolivia, Ecuador y Peru. Presenta un listado de proyectos que tienen por objeto reparar los danos y tomar acciones para prevenir los que pudieran producirse en el futuro a causa de eventos similares.
