Planificación del transporte en los países del Cono Sur: las metodologías aplicadas en el Plan Operacional de Transporte en Brasil

Abstract

Presenta un cuadro detallado sobre la planificacion del transporte en Brasil a partir de 1975. Describe la metodologia utilizada en las dos primeras fases del Plan Operacional de Transporte, ya completadas, incluyendo una evaluacion de las mismas. El Plan se concentra en el analisis del transporte de carga (a partir del estudio de 20 grupos de productos) mas bien que en el trafico de pasajeros y otros tipos de carga, por ser ellos los mas representativos y considerando la importancia de su comercializacion. En anexo se presenta una descripcion y una evaluacion detallada de la metodologia utilizada para analizar el transporte de maiz (POT-I Maiz). Se hace referencia, en forma comparativa, a algunos elementos de la planificacion del transporte en otros paises del Cono Sur.
