Abstract

El estudio tiene como objetivo identificar politicas de gestion apropiadas con el fin de asegurar la optima incorporacion de consideraciones al medio ambiente en el proceso de planificacion y gestion de los grandes proyectos de aprovechamiento hidraulicos. Para alcanzar este objetivo se recurre al analisis de los estudios de casos de tres grandes proyectos: el proyecto Tinajones (Peru), proyecto de desarrollo del valle de San Francisco (Brasil), y el proyecto hidroenergetico binacional de Salto Grande (Argentina- Uruguay).
