Abstract

Especifica el término de deuda social, estableciendo las diferencias y similitudes respecto a la conceptualización de la pobreza y las políticas que se plantean para atacarla; propone políticas para amortizar la deuda social para lo cual se requiere del aumento de la inversión, de los salarios reales, mejorar las condiciones productivas del sector informal y aumentar el gasto social
