Abstract

Los apuntes tienen como objetivo servir de texto para la capacitación en los países metodológicos orientados al diseño, seguimiento y evaluación de intervenciones sociales. Su contenido se estructura en 5 partes: a) conceptos básicos: necesidades sociales, acción social, planificación integrada, estrategia de desarrollo, políticas y programas sociales, participación; b) etapas de la programación social en la región; c) diseño de intervenciones sociales: diagnostico, alternativas teóricas y planificación de las intervenciones; d) seguimiento de las intervenciones: financiero y administrativo, entrega de bienes y servicios; e) evaluación de las intervenciones sobre la base de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos y diseño para la medición de la eficacia y de la eficiencia.
