Abstract

A fin de iniciar el diseno muestral de la nueva Encuesta de Hogares a nivel nacional, para el estudio de caracteristicas sociales y economicas de la poblacion en Uruguay, la Direccion General de Estadistica y Censos de este pais solicito asistencia tecnica estadistica a la CEPAL. En la mision realizada con este objeto se establecieron los siguientes puntos principales: a).establecer el metodo para la seleccion de la muestra de unidades primarias y secundarias; b).tamano muestral; c).diagrama de actividades de la investigacion; y d).tecnica de replicacion a usarse en el diseno muestral
