Abstract

La creacion de centros industriales mayores, la modernizacion del sector servicios y la inversion publica masiva en energia y caminos dan cuenta de los cambios operados en la economia del estado de Bahia, Brasil a la vez que senalan las directrices para la proxima decada. La estrategia a seguir se orienta a la adopcion de acciones destinadas a la utilizacion plena de las potencialidades internas y hacia una vision creadora del papel del estado dentro del desarrollo nacional. Es en este marco que se discuten los principales planes sectoriales, asi como las perspectivas de utilizacion del territorio del Estado
