Abstract

Basandose en datos correspondientes a la muestra del Censo realizado en 1975 y la informacion relacionada con la emigracion internacional, se prepararon cuatro proyecciones alternativas de poblacion; una de ellas solo tiene fines teoricos ya que se mantiene constante la fecundidad, en las otras tres se establece que la fecundidad disminuira en el futuro. El metodo utilizado consiste en proyectar independientemente la fecundidad, mortalidad y migracion (metodos de los componentes).
