Abstract

Resumen En este informe se analizan los efectos de los cambios organizativos y tecnológicos sobre las competencias profesionales y el sistema de la formación profesional en sociedades de mayor desarrollo relativo. En especial las experiencias realizadas en la República Federal de Alemania. Las nuevas modalidades y estrategias de formación asociadas con la utilización de nuevas tecnologías y de nuevas formas de organización del trabajo reciben la mayor atención. Los análisis aquí efectuados tienen en cuenta las características del mercado del trabajo, aun cuando la descripción se limita a ciertos aspectos de la formación profesional a los que parecen más relevantes para el tema central de la investigación "Políticas y estrategias para mejorar la calidad, eficiencia y relevancia del entrenamiento y de la educación técnica y profesional en América Latina y el Caribe".
