Abstract

Analiza la producción mundial de leche y sus derivados; el comercio de productos lácteos; el comportamiento de precios internacionales; y las perspectivas de corto, mediano y largo plazo de los mercados mundiales; para luego exponer las principales características de las exportaciones uruguayas de productos lácteos y las condiciones del país para el aprovechamiento de las eventuales perspectivas favorables de demanda externa para la futura expansión de la industria.
