Abstract

Examina la heterogeneidad intersectorial del sector productivo, enfatizando el dualismo de estancamiento con la prosperidad: presenta la posición innovadora de las empresas; evalúa las recientes políticas de desarrollo industrial y tecnológico promulgadas por Brasil; y enuncia lo que se espera de los principales actores del proceso de innovación, en especial del Estado, de las empresas y de la sociedad.
