Abstract

Contiene informaciones y otros elementos que pueden ser utilizados para promover el manejo coordinado de las restriccioes no arancelarias, concentrandose en un numero reducido de ellas, buscando un maximo de simplicidad y una elevada transparencia, de modo de hacer mas predecible las consecuencias sobre el comercio, facilitando los procesos de negociacion e iniciando un proceso gradual que lleve a lograr su total eliminacion.
