Abstract

Analiza acciones tendientes a promover la integracion regional, entre ellas la celebracion de la Rueda Regional de Negociaciones que propone la ampliacion de los mecanismos multilaterales de promocion del comercio, en especial por la concertacion de medidas destinadas a: la eliminacion multilateral de las restricciones no tarifarias al comercio intralatinoamericano, la ampliacion de la preferencia arancelaria regional, y el establecimiento de un programa regional de sustitucion de importaciones.
