Fomento de la actividad forestal y su impacto sobre el desarrollo rural en Chile

Abstract

Analiza los procesos y tendencias recientes en las zonas destinadas a las plantaciones de pino insigne, teniendo como trasfondo la realidad socioeconomica rural chilena. Examina las causas del deterioro de las condiciones de vida de la poblacion rural vinculada con el sector forestal. Revisa opciones para conseguir el crecimiento de la economia forestal, con un aprovechamiento mas eficiente de los recursos humanos y con un mejoramiento efectivo de la economia rural.
