Abstract

Analiza la estructura industrial en Argentina y las empresas de capital extranjero, las tendencias de las inversiones extranjeras en la década de los ochenta, las modalidades de inversión y estrategia de las firmas extranjeras, las nuevas formas de inversión: las asociaciones de capital y la capitalización de la deuda externa.
