Abstract

Expone los principales elementos conceptuales de la nueva economía de los servicios y las formas particulares que reviste la internacionalización de esas actividades. Presenta reflexiones de orden conceptual que podrían ayudar a repensar la función de la cooperación regional y subregional en materia de servicios, y revisa algunas propuestas concretas con que se trabaja al interior de la región.
