Abstract

Analiza los antecedentes historicos de la presencia de las empresas transnacionales en la economia argentina; la politica aperturista del periodo 1976-1983; la gravitacion economica y caracteristicas principales de las empresas transnacionales manufactureras, y la evolucion de las empresas transnacionales industriales en el ultimo decenio. En anexo, presenta informacion estadistica e inventario de empresas industriales con participacion extranjera.
