Tablas de eficacia de uso de anticonceptivos: su teoria y construccion

Abstract

Debido a que las mujeres al entrar en un programa lo hacen en tiempos separados y con permanencia diferente, al igual que el acontecimiento de los sucesos, se considera el siguiente procedimiento para tomar en cuenta simultaneamente el efecto de estos diferenciales: a) conceptos basicos para construir tablas de eficacia de anticonceptivos; b) consideraciones generales sobre evaluacion de eficacia; c) Evaluacion de eficacia de uso del primer metodo; d) evaluacion de eficacia de uso prolongado; e) construccion de tablas; f) relaciones calculadas en las tablas de eficacia de uso. Se incluye un apendice matematico en que se trata de justificar las estructuras analiticas de las diversas funciones que componen una tabla de vida y de los errores propios del muestreo que se necesitan cuando se comparan entre si las tablas.
