Abstract

Analiza la evolucion tecnologica de una firma del sector metalmecanico del Brasil fundada antes de la implantacion de la industria automovilistica del pais. Tuvo originalmente como producto mas importante, pistones para motores de automoviles y actualmente utiliza una avanzada tecnologia, esfuerzos sistematicos de investigacion aplicada, y esta dotada de laboratorios y de mano de obra altamente calificada.
