Industria y territorio: un análisis para la provincia de Buenos Aires

Abstract

Las relaciones entre industria y territorio constituyen una de las áreas de mayor reflexión en los últimos años. Bajo la denominación de distritos industriales, sistemas locales de empresas, clusters y entornos innovadores países tan disimiles como España, Italia, Portugal, Argentina, Brasil, Alemania, Francia y otros exhiben casos exitosos de interacciones entre dinámica productiva y territorio. Buena parte de ellos se concentran en describir y explicar los factores que detonan estas interacciones en territorios no metropolitanos. El estudio de caso que aquí se presenta es un análisis de estas interacciones en la provincia de Buenos Aires, entidad territorial compleja que alberga al conurbano del mismo nombre y a territorios rurales. En ella coexisten sectores industriales que se han localizado en la provincia aprovechando los estímulos de la política industrial y la zonificación sobre uso del suelo que norman las ordenanzas municipales. Luego de este análisis provincial se presentan en mayor detalle los casos de La Plata, Bahía Blanca y Pilar
