Planificación para el desarrollo en América Latina y el Caribe: regreso al futuro. Primer informe de los diálogos ministeriales de planificación

Abstract

Este documento presenta, para la discusión de las autoridades de planificación de la región y al público otros interesado, un primer resultado del proceso de Diálogos Ministeriales de Planificación emprendido por el ILPES, que tiene el propósito de actualizar el conocimiento acerca del estado del arte de la planificación nacional del desarrollo en la región. El trabajo analiza la información contenida en los cuestionarios y las entrevistas realizadas durante 2013 sobre la práctica de la planificación en la región. El estudio forma parte de los trabajos del Instituto en el ámbito de la planificación, con acento en su proyección como instrumento y herramienta de las políticas para el desarrollo inclusivo, sostenible y con igualdad en América Latina y el Caribe, como propone la CEPAL (CEPAL, 2010, 2012 y 2014); de ahí el acento en el desarrollo que ponemos a la planificación.
