Abstract

El documento integra las ponencias presentadas por los expertos que participaron en el seminario regional Diálogo de políticas sobre desarrollo institucional e innovación en biocombustibles en América Latina y el Caribe, celebrado el 28 y 29 de marzo de 2011, en el marco del Proyecto Desarrollo Sostenible de los Biocombustibles (GER/08/007). El diálogo fue organizado por la Unidad de Desarrollo Agrícola de la División de Desarrollo Productivo y Empresarial, y la Unidad de Recursos Naturales y Energía de la División de Recursos Naturales e Infraestructura de la CEPAL, y por el Grupo de Cambio Climático y Sostenibilidad Ambiental de la Oficina Regional para América Latina de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO).
