Gestión y financiamiento de las políticas que afectan a las familias

Abstract

En esta publicación se recogen las ponencias presentadas en la reunión de Expertos "Gestión y financiamiento de las políticas que afectan a las familias", realizada por la División de Desarrollo Social en la sede de la Comisión Económica para América Latina (CEPAL);, en Santiago, los días 16 y 17 de octubre de 2006. En la realización de esta reunión CEPAL contó con el auspicio del Fondo de Población de las Naciones Unidas (UNFPA); y del Fondo de Desarrollo de las Naciones Unidas para la Mujer (UNIFEM);. En este documento se compilan las exposiciones, los comentarios y el debate de los dos días de reunión. La estructura del texto es la siguiente: se inicia con la sesión de apertura y continúa con una sección sobre los desafíos para las políticas que afectan a las familias, prosigue con un apartado sobre la gestión de las políticas y una sección sobre las experiencias de gestión en programas orientados a las familias para posteriormente tratar el tema de financiamiento de las políticas orientadas a las familias. Finalmente, se presenta una síntesis de los principales temas de debate y se incluyen como anexos el programa de la reunión y la lista de participantes.
