La prospectiva y el análisis de las transformaciones territoriales

Abstract

La dinámica con que se reorganizan los territorios en la actualidad motiva, cuando menos, a la reflexión de un replanteo teórico metodológico constante para reformular los modelos de planificación dominantes. En este sentido se encuentra un interés particular por teorizar sobre la complejidad y se entiende que el marco metodológico y epistemológico que propone Rolando García sobre “Sistemas Globales Complejos”, constituye un importantísimo aporte para el abordaje de las problemáticas territoriales y se vuelve necesario e imprescindible para enfocar la construcción de escenarios futuros desde la Prospectiva.
