Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda alguns desafios da gestão da comunicação social no contexto da governança multiescalar, especialmente de seu papel na apropriação pelas equipes de gestão tanto de informações técnico-operacionais, quanto no engajamento dessas equipes aos objetivos do planejamento multiescalar. Por meio do exame das comunicações entre os diferentes níveis da política de Assistência Social, objetivase discutir como a efetividade de políticas públicas complexas se relaciona com o desenvolvimento integrado de uma governança multinível e uma gestão da comunicação.
