Abstract

En este documento se abordan los impactos potenciales del cambio tecnológico en la transformación de la naturaleza de los trabajos del futuro, su incidencia sobre el empleo, la igualdad de género y el crecimiento económico. Las brechas de género existentes en el mercado laboral podrían profundizarse si no se cuenta con políticas adecuadas y una transformación educativa que permitan anticiparse a los efectos que las nuevas tecnologías traerán consigo.
