Abstract

Este documento contiene tópicos relacionados con la inversión pública y opciones metodológicas para la evaluación y jerarquización de proyectos y programas, revela además temáticas de las organizaciones públicas relacionadas con los Sistemas Nacionales de Inversión Pública (SNIP), y pretende aportar en el sentido de incorporar, en la evaluación y priorización de programas y proyectos, métodos basados en criterios de evaluación relacionados con múltiples objetivos en una métrica común.
