Sistematización y evaluación de las reglas y la certificación de origen de las exportaciones uruguayas

Abstract

Este trabajo evalúa la certificación de origen, el acceso preferencial y el tipo de regla de origen que cumplieron las exportaciones del Uruguay entre 2015 y 2017. Para ello combina información de fuente aduanera de exportaciones e importaciones en admisión temporaria, con información de comercio exterior de zonas francas y con una base de datos de certificados de origen emitidos en el período, que fue sistematizada, ordenada y analizada para este trabajo.
