El régimen de acumulación en México: caracterización, tendencias y propuestas para su transformación

Abstract

La pandemia provocada por el coronavirus del síndrome respiratorio agudo grave de tipo 2 (SARS-CoV-2) es un hecho que marcará un antes y un después en el mundo —y, de manera muy específica, en el ámbito del régimen de acumulación prevaleciente a escala mundial— y que ha evidenciado la necesidad de pensar en transformaciones de fondo acordes con la lógica de un cambio de época. El objetivo del presente estudio es examinar los distintos regímenes de acumulación, es decir, las diferentes modalidades históricas que ha asumido la acumulación de capital en México desde la consolidación del capitalismo a finales del siglo XIX.
