Abstract

La CEPAL, a través de su Oficina en Bogotá, busca fortalecer las políticas de desarrollo regional y territorial, mediante el análisis de las interacciones entre lo urbano y lo rural, identificando relaciones bidireccionales que transformen los vínculos débiles y asimétricos e impulsen beneficios mutuos para los habitantes de las ciudades y del campo. Este documento contiene una presentación conceptual de las nociones de vínculos y tejidos rurales urbanos, y expone conceptos que se consideran centrales en el análisis y la formulación de políticas.
