Programas de apoyo a las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas en México, 1995-2000

Abstract

Resumen En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de los principales programas de apoyo a las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas de México durante el período 1995-2000. Se enfatizan los programas realizados por las instituciones del Estado y la interacción entre los mismos para lograr las metas que se propusieron. Entre los principales resultados, se encontró que existe una amplia oferta de programas y, a la vez, duplicidad de acciones por parte de las instituciones de apoyo. El trabajo está compuesto de tres secciones. En la primera, se analizan los lineamientos de las políticas de apoyo al sector industrial. Posteriormente, en dos secciones, se describen los programas específicos de apoyo a las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, los cuales se clasifican en dos grupos: los que atañen al fortalecimiento de cadenas productivas y los que inciden sobre su capacidad competitiva.
