El financiamiento de la bioeconomía en países seleccionados de Europa, Asia y África: experiencias para América Latina y el Caribe

Abstract

Con el propósito de orientar el desarrollo de instrumentos para el fomento de la bioeconomía en América Latina y el Caribe, este documento revisa instrumentos de financiamiento destinados al fomento a la innovación en la bioeconomía en países europeos, africanos y asiáticos, enfatizando el desarrollo de instrumentos orientados a micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (mipymes y pymes). Los países incluidos en el estudio disponen de estrategias relevantes para el desarrollo de la bioeconomía y en la selección se consideró que dispusieran de políticas de financiamiento a la innovación o de políticas de fomento mediante la clusterización con centros superiores de investigación.
